We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Front Office Coordinator with a strong commitment to women's health to join our team. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and comfortable.

Responsibilities:

Patient Reception and Assistance:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
Assist patients in completing necessary forms and ensure accurate information is collected.
Provide information about our services and answer inquiries related to women's health.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.
Remind patients of upcoming appointments and provide necessary instructions.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.
Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with medical staff and other coordinators to streamline administrative processes.
Passion for Women's Health:
Demonstrate a genuine passion for women's health and well-being.
Stay informed about the latest developments and resources in women's health.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards regarding patient information.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and patient-centric approach.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and understanding approach towards patients.
Knowledge or interest in women's health issues.
Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical record systems.
Knowledge of insurance and payers
Highly organized and detail oriented
