Bowler Performance Transmissions has been building high-performance automatic and manual transmissions for over 60 years from our shop in Lawrenceville, Illinois. We supply Tremec conversion packages, custom-built 4L80E, 4L60E, 700-R4, 6L80E, T-56 Magnum, TKX, and TKO transmissions to street rod, muscle car, and performance builders across the country.

Office Administrator

Bowler Performance Transmissions is hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. This role is critical to supporting day-to-day operations and helping the team stay on top of the work that keeps the shop and sales floor moving.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management and department heads
Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with excellent customer service
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative role; automotive or performance industry experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in QuickBooks
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Salary: Based on experience.
