BlazerVision Employees play a vital role in creating an engaging and professional game-day experience for fans, student-athletes, and coaches. Team members assist with live event production by operating cameras, supporting broadcasts and streaming, setting up production equipment, and enhancing the fan experience at athletic events. Employees are expected to represent the athletic department with professionalism while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Operate broadcast cameras during live athletic events.

Assist with the setup, testing, and teardown of production equipment before and after events.

Support live broadcasts and streaming productions by working alongside the production crew.

Follow direction from the BlazerVision Coordinator and production leadership during events.

Maintain and properly handle cameras, cables, and other production equipment.

Help create an engaging atmosphere by assisting with fan engagement activities during games.

Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work assigned events.

Communicate effectively with fellow crew members to ensure smooth game-day operations.

Perform additional production or event-related duties as assigned.

Current Vincennes University student in good academic standing.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on the athletic schedule.

Reliable transportation to athletic venues (if applicable).

Ability to work well as part of a team while following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

No prior broadcast experience required—training will be provided.

Work hours are based on the Vincennes University Athletics event schedule. Employees should expect to work evenings, weekends, and other times as assigned. Scheduling flexibility is expected during peak athletic seasons.
