Full Job Description

Legacy Village of Provo near the BYU campus in Provo, UT is looking to hire a full-time Life Enrichment Director to join our assisted living team. Are you a people person who enjoys serving seniors? This entry-level position earns a competitive salary of $41,500/year. WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position typically works Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We offer flexible schedule options.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECREATION DIRECTOR / ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR

As a Recreation Director / Activities Director, you have the best job in the entire facility! You enjoy having a good time with our assisted living residents. Working with the team, you plan and carry out activities that our residents have an interest in. You even get to coordinate entertainers to come in and perform! Creative and fun-loving, you also help to plan special events.

As a natural-born leader, you're driven to build a great team. You supervise three recreation assistants who help with day-to-day activity operations. They know they can count on you for ongoing support, supervision, and mentorship. You love having a career that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our assisted living residents!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECREATION DIRECTOR / ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR

A heart for serving seniors

Are you flexible and willing to help out where needed? Can you plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities at a time? Do you possess strong leadership skills and the ability to generate enthusiasm among team members? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!
