Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender /Server to join our vibrant hospitality team for daytime and weekend positions. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant fine dining setting, or lively banquet event, you will ensure every guest receives top-tier service while maintaining food safety standards and efficient operations.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling protocols.
Monitor guest behavior for safety purposes, especially in nightclub or high-energy environments, while providing excellent customer service.
Restock bar supplies promptly, track inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed.
Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, retail food industry, or hospitality settings—fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Experience with catering or banquet events is a plus; brewing knowledge can be an added advantage.
