Job Description
Accepting part time and full time applicants for our upcoming season in the beautiful Caribbean! All employees cook, deckhand and bartend. Position is seasonal with an annual break during August-October. Reliable transportation required. Employee's relocating must secure their own housing. (Housing and transportation to East End; we meet at Yacht Club). Each shift is roughly 9-10 hours (from 9am until ~7pm). Hourly pay with 20% auto gratuity encouraged on all guest checks.

Job Requirements
Experience
● Minimum one year in food/beverage/hospitality industry preferred
● Basic boating experience and knowledge recommended

Physical Requirements
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly without physical limitations to bending, jumping,
standing, lifting
● Must not succumb easily to nausea/sea sickness when aboard marine vessels
● Must have or be willing to learn basic boating skills including driving a dinghy and
rafting and cleating boats
● Must thrive in a fast paced and physically demanding work environment with
unpredictable weather including hot sun and rain
Location and Commitments
● Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from Compass Point Marina and Elysian Hotel
● Must commit 2-4 days per week

Pay: $250.00 - $400.00 per day
