Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Entry Level professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational office skills, support daily operations, and contribute to a professional environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and eager to learn, providing essential administrative support across various departments. This paid position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in office management and customer service while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, correspondence, and confidential information
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support office management activities such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts
Handle clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies

Requirements

Prior office experience or internship experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
