Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice on various policies, and ensuring they receive the best coverage to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of insurance products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Provide expert guidance on various insurance products, including life and/or health insurance.

Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
Assist clients in completing applications and claims processes efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, particularly Spanish-speaking clients.
Participate in outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote services.

Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially proficiency in Spanish.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Knowledge of benefits administration and various insurance products is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid insurance broker license may be required based on state regulations.
