Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations to understand and address clients’ skincare needs.
Evaluate skin conditions and recommend the best treatments and products.
Educate clients on the importance of consistent treatments and daily skincare routines.
Stay informed about new Hi, skin services and products to enhance client care.
Forge lasting, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and caring experience.
Ensure punctuality and maintain the studio’s standards of cleanliness and organization.
Grow a loyal recurring client base and achieve monthly studio and personal revenue goals.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified Virginia Esthetician License.
Required experience in dermaplaning.
Proven experience in a spa or studio setting, demonstrating a history of customer satisfaction and care.
