Senior Retina Ophthalmic Technician (COT or CRT REQUIRED)

Retina Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Retina Ophthalmic Technician to join our retina specialty team. This role is ideally suited for a highly skilled technician who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and supporting the diagnosis and treatment of complex retinal diseases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- COT or CRT certification REQUIRED
- 5+ years of retina experience
- Experience with OCT, fundus photography, retinal imaging, and injection support
- Strong EMR documentation and scribing skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive retina patient workups
- Conduct OCT and retinal imaging
- Assist with intravitreal injections and in-office procedures
- Document visits and scribe for physicians
- Educate patients on retinal conditions and treatments
- Maintain accurate records and support efficient patient flow
