Position Overview

Dexter Edward LLC is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Solution Engineer to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical clients. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by providing expert technical guidance and conducting product demonstrations. This position requires a deep understanding of our products and services, aligning them with prospecting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Fognigma’s solutions.
Support in office deployment of proprietary software & provide helpdesk support as needed
Collaborate with teams to understand the latest features and enhancements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and other documentation required for the sales process.
Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant information to clients and the sales team.
Support post-sales activities, including implementation, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment of our solutions.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Required Certifications:
CompTIA Security+
Linux-related certification/experience is preferred.
1 – 3 years’ experience in a technical or technical sales role.
Proven experience working with Linux environments (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and a solid understanding of networking and security protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with military/government organizations & contracts is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $90K-$95K. This salary is not guaranteed and will depend on experience and qualifications.
