Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Broker to join our team and drive our mission of providing comprehensive insurance solutions to clients. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, offering tailored life insurance policies that meet their unique needs. Your expertise in customer relationship building, negotiation, and insurance products will empower you to educate clients on the benefits of life insurance while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career within a supportive environment that values proactive communication and client satisfaction.

Duties

Develop new business opportunities through outside sales, telemarketing, and community outreach initiatives to expand the client base
Conduct detailed needs analysis with clients to recommend suitable life insurance policies and coverage options
Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure favorable agreements for clients while meeting company standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance
Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and follow-up communications
Stay current on insurance regulation changes, health insurance trends, and product knowledge to effectively advise clients
Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure accurate policy issuance and compliance

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client trust
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse client engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management
Deep understanding of life insurance products, including benefits administration
Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
