The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of large scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading multiple Project Managers and project teams
- Managing financial performance, forecasting and project profitability
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving project schedules, procurement and manpower planning
- Managing change orders, subcontractors and risk
- Working closely with field leadership to ensure safe, high quality project delivery
We're Looking For Professionals With Experience In
- Hyperscale or Enterprise Data Centers
- Mission Critical Facilities
- Healthcare
- Industrial Manufacturing
- Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Advanced Manufacturing
- Aviation or Large Commercial Projects
Ideal Background
- Electrical contracting experience is essential
- Proven experience managing complex projects valued at $30M+
- Strong commercial and financial management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Stable career history with progressive responsibility
- Ability to build high performing project teams
