Commercial Construction & Facilities Maintenance – Food Service Industry
Greater Los Angeles, Orange County & San Diego

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Service Manager for a Commercial Construction and Facilities Maintenance company serving the Food Service Industry throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties.

This role is responsible for managing daily service operations, leading a skilled team of experienced multi-faceted tradespersons, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and small construction projects for grocery stores, retail locations, and restaurants.

This position is ideal for a seasoned person who has a significant amount of hands-on trade experience with the ability to review the work requested, generate a scope of work, and then assign the appropriate technician to make the repair.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and support a team of experienced multi-faceted trade technicians
Review work orders, estimates, and schedules
Coordinate service calls

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience managing service teams or field crews
General knowledge or experience with rough & finish trades
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
