Job Overview
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions.
Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed service.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety practices.
Proficient in cash handling with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Experience in the food industry, particularly within nightclub or catering environments, is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
