Job Overview

Do you have at least 2 years of OUTBOUND Property & Casualty Insurance sales with a PROVEN track record of success? Are you goal oriented? If you are looking for your next career opportunity in insurance sales - look no further.

This is an OUTBOUND Sales position that requires Cold Calling of Agency purchased leads. Cold Calling experience required.

Our Top Producers make between $65,000 - $100,000.

Suzanne Dwyer and Dwyer Insurance Group (an Elite Award Winning Allstate Agency) in Pennsylvania is looking to hire an Experienced Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our fully remote team. We are actively seeking candidates that can work the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License Required. (Non-Resident PA license not required to apply)
Minimum of at least 2 years of proven track record of outbound Property/Casualty Sales.
Completion of the assessment required for interview consideration
This is an OUTBOUND Sales Position and requires requisite experience.
THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE/SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
Candidate must be able to work Eastern and/or Central time zones.
A team player who is goal-oriented with an outgoing personality.
Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must be coachable and willing to be trained.
Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
Must adhere to all agency and insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

With your excellent relationship-building talents, you'll be building clientele via cold-calling, inbound transfers from our telemarketers, warm leads, and obtaining referrals.
Using your excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills, you'll be overcoming objections, and winning back former clients.
Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to meet your individual sales goals set with management.
With your keen attention to detail, you'll be closing sales.
