:
The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in exceeding enrollment and revenue targets by driving professional referrals, conducting community outreach, and event planning. This position requires proficiency in consultative sales strategies. Central to the role is delivering high-quality service to families and professionals, ensuring a positive experience and fostering lasting engagement with Fusion Academy. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, is aligned with Fusion’s mission, and thrives in a proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment, and sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools to track performance and forecast results.
Partner with marketing, campus leadership, and regional teams to align outreach efforts, solve challenges, and support school initiatives.
Foster a personalized, premium experience for students, families, staff, and professional partners while connecting them to appropriate resources.
Bachelor's degree required; education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
Experience in consultative sales, outreach, business development, event planning, and relationship management.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, reporting, and presentation tools (Salesforce, Canva, Power BI).

Benefits:
As Director of Admissions you’ll be eligible for an uncapped annual bonus targeting, but not limited to 20% of your base salary based on enrollment and campus performance against annual targets.
