Schedule: Part Time-One weekday a week (no Wednesday)

Compensation: $900 per diem

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Vista, CA.

This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

Clinic staff are on-site full time
Organized scheduling and patient flow
Coordinated, team-based care environment

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active California optometry license
Experience treating senior populations preferred

Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

Part Time-One weekday a week (but not Wednesday)
Typical hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (Flexible on weekday but NO Wednesday)
No nights
No weekends
No billing or administrative responsibilities
