This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and is eager to continue developing their technical skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fabrication disciplines.
What You'll Do
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Electrical Systems
- Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase electrical systems and motor control circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
- Diagnose electrical issues using knowledge of ladder logic and industrial controls.
- Interpret single-line electrical diagrams.
- Follow all electrical safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Repair and maintain industrial production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret fluid power schematics.
- Identify and repair leaks, pressure problems, and component failures.
Fabrication & Welding
- Perform basic fabrication and welding as needed.
- Assist with equipment modifications and continuous improvement projects.
- Support installation of new equipment and production improvements.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting motor control circuits.
- Basic understanding of PLC ladder logic.
- Fabrication and welding experience.
- Industrial maintenance certification or technical training is a plus.
Schedule
- Training: 1st Shift (approximately 6–12 months)
- Regular Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Overtime may be required during equipment failures, maintenance shutdowns, or special projects.
