Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Handle filing, document management, and record keeping to maintain organized office operations
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction
Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
Maintain high levels of computer literacy and technical proficiency to streamline administrative processes

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software such as QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry, filing, and document management
Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction in bilingual settings (if applicable)
Demonstrated experience in clerical roles or office support positions with a focus on front desk duties and administrative tasks
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, spreadsheets, and general computer literacy
