Job Opportunity: Day Clinician

Location: The Grove Estate, Peru, Indiana
Position: Full-Time Day Clinician

Join Our Team

The Grove Estate is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Day Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a premier residential addiction treatment centre committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care in a supportive and healing environment.

As a Day Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through individual counselling, group therapy, family engagement, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in a timely manner.
Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical case reviews.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Support patients throughout their recovery journey while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioural health field.
Active Indiana licensure (or eligibility) as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or equivalent preferred.
Experience working in substance use disorder, behavioural health, or residential treatment settings is preferred.
Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT, and relapse prevention.
Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
