We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and coachable team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Waco area.
This is a field-based role where you’ll travel to homes throughout Waco, Temple, Killeen, and nearby areas, meet real estate agents and homeowners, and learn how to capture professional listing media.
Photography experience is not required. We care more about reliability, personality, customer service, and willingness to learn.

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Waco, TX area.
This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners to capture listing media and deliver a great client experience.
Photography experience is not required. We’re more focused on finding someone who is reliable, coachable, professional, and naturally great with people.
What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled real estate media appointments
- Capture interior and exterior listing media using our structured process
- Learn photography, video, drone, and other real estate media services
- Interact professionally and naturally with agents, homeowners, and team members
- Follow detailed processes and checklists consistently
- Upload media after appointments using your personal computer and internet connection
- Stay organized and accurate throughout each appointment
- Represent the company with a friendly, professional, and service-first attitude
- Help create a great experience for every client
This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.
Schedule & Availability
- Monday-Friday availability required
- Open weekday availability with no major restrictions is strongly preferred
- Bookings typically take place between the hours of 9AM and 6PM
- Some evening twilight shoots may be scheduled at or after sunset
- Weekend availability may be needed occasionally due to weather delays or reschedules
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Hours are not guaranteed every week, as real estate demand can fluctuate
This is considered a full-time position, but weekly hours may vary based on real estate market activity and booking volume.
A significant amount of driving is involved between appointments. Average drives are often 20-30 miles between appointments, and we service Waco, Temple, Killeen, and surrounding areas.
Candidates should ideally live in Waco, TX, or within approximately 30 miles of Waco.
Compensation & Training
- Paid training: $15/hour
- After completing required training and certification: $27.50/hour
- Mileage reimbursement after certification: $0.30 per mile
- Drone license paid for by the company
- Photography, video, drone, and service training provided
