Location: Waco, TX and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Compensation: $10,000+ per month with uncapped commission. Your income is determined by your performance—there's no cap on what you can earn.

Through our exclusive partnership, we're able to offer homeowners premium fiber technology at one of the most competitive prices available in the Waco area, making it an easy conversation with real value for customers.

Our proven sales process is simple to learn, and new hires often close their first deal on their very first day in the field. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or completely new to the industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners.
Present our fiber internet solution in a simple, professional manner.
Build rapport and identify customer needs.
Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
Track daily activity and maintain accurate sales records.
Attend ongoing training and team meetings.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the day.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
