Full Job Description

Transformative ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated organization where clinical integrity comes first. We are expanding beyond our two established clinics in Uvalde, TX, and are excited to offer a fully remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position as a 1099 contractor for the right candidate.

We believe in supporting our clinicians, not burning them out. That means low caseloads (6–8 clients), no weekly billable minimums (bill as much or as little as you want each week), and a supportive infrastructure so you can focus on providing quality services instead of drowning in paperwork. Our office manager handles authorizations and forms, and our trainers lead onboarding, leaving you time to do what matters most: deliver great ABA therapy.

What We Offer

$65/hour for billable hours
Flexible schedule: You create your own day. Bill as much or as little as you choose.
Supervision expectations: Technician and client supervision should meet payer requirements (5% minimum, up to 20% as clinically appropriate).
Clinic hours: Our clinic operates 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (no evenings, weekends, or late nights).
Flexibility to take days off when needed
Administrative support: Office manager + trainers support admin and onboarding
Room for growth as we expand into new Texas regions

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Active Texas LBA (or willingness to obtain)
