Mailroom Specialist – Waco, Texas

As a Mailroom Specialist, you will play a key role in processing, delivering, and organizing mail that supports our internal departments and overall business operations.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Mailroom Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:

Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Manually inserting all types of mail
Picking up and delivering mail/parcels using a company vehicle
Scanning and digitizing incoming mail for internal departments
Sorting and processing returned mail
Maintaining proper postage levels on meter machines
Handling special mail types: Registered, Certified, Insured, Express Mail
Delivering and picking up internal correspondence across departments
Using computerized addressing systems (PAVE software)
Assigning documents received in department systems
Conducting all work in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Following the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
