MISSION
Reporting to the PB&C Manager, the incumbent will assist in managing the general oversight, preparation, analysis, and distribution of the regional internal and customer financial reports. Further, the incumbent will support the planning and controlling activities as well as contribute to the sustainability and profitability of the business unit throughout the budget-year.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Support the BU with developing LWCC mid-term strategies and cascading those into short-term operating plans, in the support of the greater Cementir strategy
· Monthly and other recurring reporting, including the month-end reporting package, variance analysis, forecasting, productivity, and ad-hoc reports needed to support the plant.
· Ensure business intelligence analysis, simulations, and implementation of business cases to support Management actions.
· Support the BU Management team with completing the periodical forecasts based on the industrial and technical KPIs defined for each function and lead specific performance analysis to identify gaps and deviations against the budget.
· Coordinate with plant leadership to collect and analyze key performance and financial figures and indicators to identify and understand business trends as well as analyzing variances from budgets.
· Support business decisions encompassing the reporting of production, sales, inventory, working capital, the consumption of raw materials, fuels, power etc.
· Partner with the plant leadership teams to drive financial discipline for across the plants.
· Manage the accounting and audit requirements of the annual physical inventory process.
MAIN POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration, or a similar field
· EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industries.
· SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Detailed knowledge in SAP is required and knowledge in SAP FI-CO Module is a strong plus.
· BUSINESS UDERSTANDING: Moderate abilities with the Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
