Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety protocols, and inspire staff to achieve their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Oversee liquor inventory control, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Oversee responsible alcohol service and maintain the safety of our guests.
Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled hospitality team.
Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS system operation (Toast), and daily financial reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes.
Support customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning to meet business objectives.
Conduct interviews for hiring new team members and participate in onboarding processes to ensure proper training from day one.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a restaurant or food service establishment with supervisory responsibilities.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cash handling is essential.
Background in managing inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively.
Prior experience in hospitality management within casual dining, or bar experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
