Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts within assigned territories.
Manage a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored product solutions.
Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits that meet customer requirements.
Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze territory performance for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and technical sales support to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and account management complemented by excellent communication abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Knowledge of technology or industrial products is a plus; experience in technical sales is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, perform market analysis, and develop strategic territory plans.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
