In this role, you will greet and assist guests throughout the check-in and check-out process, manage reservations and room assignments, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly, direct calls accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets, maintaining filing systems, and processing documents efficiently.
- Assist with office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and organizing files to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering courteous assistance in person or over the phone.
- Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks like photocopying and filing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling client communication professionally.
- Familiarity with office equipment including fax machines, scanners, and printers; technical proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience as a front desk or receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required.
- Available to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
