Full Job Description

About the Role

Fusion Dental & Braces is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead front office operations and drive performance through strong case acceptance and insurance management.

This is a growth-driven opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) leader who understands both the operational and financial side of dentistry. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, professionalism, and the ability to hold the team accountable while maintaining excellent patient relationships.

An RDA background is preferred, along with 1–2 years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations
Verify PPO and Medicaid insurance benefits with full breakdowns
Enter insurance frequencies accurately
Generate and present treatment plans to support case acceptance
Manage financial planning (in-house options and CareCredit)
Submit insurance claims, pre-determinations, and X-rays
Call on pending claims and review EOBs
Post insurance payments
Manage recall systems and confirmation calls
Run end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) reports
Manage office inventory and supply ordering
Prepare billing statements and outgoing mail
Coordinate specialty referrals
Support team leadership and performance accountability

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Strong dental front office experience required
Management experience (1–2 years preferred)
RDA background preferred
Strong understanding of PPO and Medicaid workflows
Knowledge of ADA codes and insurance billing processes
Proven ability to drive case acceptance
Professional, polished, and conservative presentation
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
