Finance Manager (F&I) — Lunde Auto Sales | Wadena, MN

Full-time | Pay: $90,000–$140,000+ (base + backend performance)

About Us

Lunde Auto Sales is not a typical small-town used car store. We're a Capital One Executive Diamond dealer running a modern lending stack — Upstart, Capital One, and DOWC warranty products — and our backend gross has nearly tripled year over year. We retail out of Wadena, MN alongside our sister operations, Trusted Car Care (full service) and Rally Renta.. We're growing, and we need a finance professional who wants to grow with us.

The Role

You'll own the F&I office: structure deals, secure approvals, present products, and fund clean. You'll work every deal on the board with a sales team that's doubling retail units — this is a high-opportunity desk, not a paperwork chair.

What You'll Do

Structure and submit deals across our lender network; maximize approvals and terms for our customers
Present F&I products (service contracts, GAP, ancillary) with a menu-based, 100%-of-products-to-100%-of-customers process
Maintain compliance on every deal jacket — disclosures, titles, funding packages, done right the first time
Hit funding timelines; keep CIT clean
Partner with the sales floor on deal structure from first pencil
Track and report PVR, penetration, and lender mix monthly

What We're Looking For

2+ years automotive F&I experience preferred — or a proven closer from sales/banking ready to move up (we'll train the right person)
Experience with DealerCenter or similar DMS a plus
Sharp on compliance; you sweat the details on paperwork
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Local to the Wadena area or willing to relocate
