Insurance Agency Marketing Services has an opening for a full-time, in office Annuity Case Manager.

We’re looking for an individual that has insurance knowledge, a willingness to learn, and is goal oriented. If you have excellent communication skills and are capable of critical thinking/problem solving, apply today!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to our licensed insurance producers for pending and in-force annuity or life business.
Review annuity applications and corresponding paperwork for accuracy and completeness, document outstanding requirements, and follow up with producers.
Proactive, daily follow up with carriers to ensure the pending business is being processed timely, accurately noting CRM with current status and promptly communicate status details to the agent.
Manage agent and carrier caseload with a sense of urgency, dedication to accuracy and responsiveness, while identifying high priority situations and acting on them accordingly.
Build and maintain strong and effective long-term working relationships with IAMS producers.
Manage special projects as assigned.
Regular and punctual attendance is required in order to meet business service level standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is Monday-Friday, full-time in office hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

Industry or related experience preferred
High school diploma/GED
Must have 2+ years of insurance administrative experience
Data entry, HQ/CRM systems experience preferred
Must have professional phone etiquette
Ability to work with a close-knit team and with little supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must adhere to policies, processes and guidelines
Ability to navigate through multiple computer platforms while engaging in customer conversations
Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
Must be detail oriented with accuracy.
Punctuality & attendance is critical to this position as your department / team members and customers depend on you.
Must be able to pass a background check.
