Full Job Description

Let's get cooking!!

Flour Power Cooking Studio is a hands-on cooking experience designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and encourage a lifelong love of cooking. Our instructors lead engaging camps & classes for children (and sometimes adults), teaching fundamental cooking and baking skills in a fun, safe, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interactive cooking classes for children and occasionally adults.
Demonstrate cooking techniques while ensuring safety and fun are top priorities.
Adapt teaching styles to different learning levels and group sizes.
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Monitor safety and hygiene practices at all times.
Guide participants through recipes step-by-step while fostering teamwork.
Prepare class materials, ingredients, and workstations before each session.
Assist with care, cleanup and reset of the studio.
Support birthday parties, camps, and special events as needed.
Represent Flour Power with enthusiasm at community events.

Great work experience for camp counselors, students, cooks who are looking for better work-life balance, and more!

Shifts are typically 8am-4pm with occasional classes/ events in the early evening, and parties over the weekends.

Looking for full time and part time team members. Pay dependent on experience & INCLUDES TIPS!
