Full Job Description

Pay rate: $14.00/hour

Rudinos Heritage is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Worker to join our team. As a Kitchen Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen staff and ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for food, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
