Full Job Description

Job Summary
The Mailroom Clerk will support daily campus mail operations, document production, package distribution, and copier area maintenance. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, an opportunity to build long-term stability through a temp-to-hire path, and the chance to work as part of a service-focused team where accuracy, reliability, and positive customer interaction are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, process, route, and deliver high-volume incoming and outgoing mail across campus locations.
Operate high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and document imaging equipment.
Process shipping, receiving, package tracking, and distribution using mail management systems.
Perform external walking mail runs and deliver materials to designated drop-off points throughout site facilities.
Maintain clean, stocked copier and mail areas while assisting with basic customer service requests.
Clear paper jams, complete routine quality checks, and report equipment or technical issues as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Waltham, MA.
