Client Services Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)

Westwood Regional Veterinary Hospital and Pompton Lakes Animal Hospital are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and customer-focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding client experience while helping our medical team deliver exceptional veterinary care.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
Schedule appointments, surgeries, boarding, daycare, and technician visits.
Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails promptly.
Process prescription refill requests and outside pharmacy requests.
Verify patient and client information.
Confirm required vaccinations for boarding, daycare, and hospitalization.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Process payments and balance daily transactions.
Support veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in through check-out.

Qualifications

Required

ezyVet experience (or other veterinary software)
Knowledge of veterinary terminology
