Country Inn in Walker, MN is actively seeking a reliable Part-time Front Desk Representative to ensure our guests are welcomed and taken care of from the start. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality. You enter reservation information into our hotel booking system and warmly check guests in or out when the time comes. At times, you process same-day reservations and cancellations. You work to assure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance, you schedule or report any requests as needed. Leveraging your customer service skills, you accommodate special requests by guests and managers whenever possible.

You are available to our guests at all times, whether during the morning, evening, or night shift. You take charge of helping clients, complete daily cleaning checklists, follow all safety procedures, and properly perform night audits. You enjoy meeting guests, and helping them have the best experience possible at our hotel gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

This receptionist position offers shifts from 6:00 am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm (approximately 16-32 hours per week).

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
