Requirements

Full-time 11pm-7am or 11pm-7am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

2 locations- Wall, New Jersey or South Jordan, Utah

Must have telemetry monitoring experience and be able to work from our office- this is not a remote work from home position.

Our mission is to enhance the speed and accuracy of arrhythmia diagnosis, providing clinicians with the tools they need to improve patient outcomes in cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze cardiac data from patients in real-time from an office setting- this is not a work-from-home position.
Respond promptly to any alerts or abnormalities detected during monitoring.
Identify and report any irregularities or significant cardiac changes
Read and interpret EKG heart rhythms, SP02, and blood pressure. Must know normal vs. abnormal and describe the type of rhythm the patient is in.
Assist in setting up and maintaining monitoring equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to patient monitoring.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret diagnostic results.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards during monitoring procedures.
Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to maintain patient confidentiality.
Follow policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Document and maintain accurate detailed records for ongoing evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent.
Must have formal training and knowledge as a Telemetry Technician, Cardiac Monitor Technician, or Exercise Physiologist.
EKG/Telemetry certification (CRAT – Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician or CCT – Certified Cardiographic Technician ) preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical teams.
Proficiency in basic computer skills- email, fax, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
