Who are we looking for?
Someone who can work in a face-paced environment, is highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines. Successful team members connect and build trust effectively with a variety of people.

What will you do?

-Provide management for properties owned/managed by the WWHA.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

- Maintain a positive public image and be responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues.

-Assure compliance with a variety of regulations and program requirements.

- Provide case management to tenants to assist in their housing stability.

What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?

-Obtain and maintain Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) certification within one (1) year of hire date and as required thereafter.

- Requires two (2) years combination of education and/or experience in related field with combination of one or more community relations and interviewing skills.

- Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Initative, collaboration and teamwork.

- Attention to detail.

- Bilingual skills are desirable.

-Required valid Driver's License
