We are seeking a physician to join our independent practice where providers are treated like family, and the culture empowers you to practice medicine on your own terms. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a respected panel within a collaborative environment that balances sophisticated multispecialty resources with the soul of a private practice.

Collaborative Care Model: Practice alongside a sophisticated team of 47+ providers across multiple specialties, including 5 pediatricians and 2 advanced practitioners.
Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Manage a diverse patient panel ranging from routine wellness and sports physicals to complex chronic care, supported by in-house pediatric psychology and social work for true wraparound care.
Operational Excellence & Support: Experience administrative relief with Suki AI scribing, Navena VBC documentation tools, and a dedicated 1:1 MA ratio, allowing you to focus entirely on your patients.
Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a predictable schedule including a 4-day week and shared call rotation (1:5).
Elite Compensation & Longevity: We offer a transparent guaranteed base salary with quarterly productivity and annual quality bonuses, sign-on and relocation bonuses, full benefits, and the opportunity to transition to a high-earning partner and shareholder of the practice.
