Full Job Description

Job Summary

A small, family-owned healthcare services business in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its team on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting a stable, relationship-focused organization.

The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will bring strong QuickBooks Desktop expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a dependable work style. This role offers a supportive environment, approachable leadership, and a culture that values work-life balance, teamwork, and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop and ensure transactions are properly coded and documented.
Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end close support as needed.
Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer billing, and internal bookkeeping processes.
Support ownership or management with financial information, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day accounting needs.
Help maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and basic accounting standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
Employment type: Direct hire.
