About the Role: We’re excited to invite a dynamic, experienced Assistant Community Manager with Market Rate/LIHTC experience to our growing team in West Covina, CA. What You’ll Do:

Guide prospective residents through the application process, screening, and move-in, ensuring they feel welcomed from day one.
Coordinate with trusted contractors, define project scopes, obtaining bids, and managing work orders to maintain our properties.
Handle rent collection, deposit preparation, and monitor records, utilizing Yardi property management software.
Foster a positive living environment by engaging with residents and enforcing community rules with empathy and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of property management experience
2+ years of LIHTC and Market Rate experience.
Previous experience managing a community of over 150+ units.
Expertise in using Yardi software and Microsoft Office.
A natural team player with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
A proactive problem-solver who is dedicated to making our communities great places to live.
