We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our finance team and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for our drivers and staff.We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk with 3–5 years of hands-on ADP payroll experience and strong EDD compliance reporting skills. You will be responsible for processing payroll, managing multi-state tax filings, and ensuring full compliance with California employment regulations.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of payroll processing experience using ADP (Workforce Now, ADP TotalSource, or similar)
Proven experience with EDD compliance reporting and California payroll tax filings
Strong knowledge ofFLSA, overtime rules, and multi-state payroll regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
High attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

Three to five years of experience managing payroll processes with ADP platform; familiarity with EDD compliance is essential.
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of financial concepts related to payroll, benefits administration, tax regulations, and governmental reporting.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in 10 key typing is preferred.
Strong analysis skills for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments; detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
