At Uproot Culinary, we connect talented chefs with wonderful families throughout the Bay Area who value fresh, customized meals prepared in their homes. Our chefs enjoy creative freedom, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, all without late-night restaurant shifts.
We're growing quickly and currently have multiple clients ready to be matched with the right chefs.
What You'll Do
- Prepare customized weekly meals in clients' homes
- Shop for groceries (with company card)
- Create seasonal, nutritious menus tailored to each family's preferences
- Leave kitchens spotless after each cook day
- Package and label meals for easy reheating
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional food and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Professional culinary experience
- Passion for creating beautiful, flavorful food
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- You cook in clients homes, must be willing to travel the Bay Area

Compensation
Pay depends on package the client chooses and hourly rate depends on chef's speed.
