Full Job Description

Base pay plus bonus can exceed 300k per year!

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager/ Estimator to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project coordination, contract management, and construction management skills.

Duties:

- Coordinate and manage commercial construction projects from selling the job to finish

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Work in tandem with the job Foreman to ensure timely completion of projects

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and met

- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager in the HVAC industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate both in person and through email

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
