Life Insurance Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping families protect what matters most.

In this role, you’ll meet with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance and living benefits, assess their needs, and recommend solutions that fit their goals and budget.

This is a field-based sales position that offers a flexible schedule, unlimited earning potential, comprehensive training, and advancement opportunities. Whether you’re experienced in sales or looking for a new career, we provide the tools, training, and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to review their insurance needs
Present life insurance and living benefit solutions
Build trust through education and exceptional customer service
Guide clients through the application process
Follow up with clients as needed
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Coachable and willing to learn
Reliable transportation
Sales experience is preferred but not required
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License if not currently licensed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

First-year earning potential: $75,000–$100,000+
