Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Reports To: Director, Sales & Operations
Labor Classification: Non-Exempt
Regular Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required

About the Role:

The Business Development Coordinator plays a critical role in driving future revenue by proactively identifying, developing, and qualifying new business opportunities within the education and local govt market. Serving as the first point of contact with prospective customers, this position builds relationships with key decision-makers, expands Triumph Modular's market presence, and delivers qualified opportunities to the sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and motivated by creating measurable business growth through strategic outreach and market development.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

· Research K-12 Education, colleges and universities in target markets.

· Register Triumph Modular in supplier/vendor procurement systems in local govt.

· Develop and maintain relationships with procurement, facilities, capital planning, and purchasing departments.

· Identify upcoming construction and modular building opportunities.

· Coordinate introductions between university contacts and the sales team.

· Maintain CRM records and contact databases.

· Attend education & local govt conferences, tradeshows and networking events.

· Build strategic partnerships that generate future business opportunities.

· Qualify Out of Service Leads with Senior Management within 24 hours

· Other Duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 Years client support role
Strong in Microsoft applications
CRM and ERP experience is a plus (Salesforce, SAP)
