Full Job Description

Duties

Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for diverse roles, including clinical staff, HR positions, and executive level roles, utilizing platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives using social media management tools, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and talent acquisition platforms to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
Conduct thorough research on market trends to stay ahead of industry hiring practices and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with employment law and labor regulations such as employment & labor law and employment law in talent management.
Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies, and facilitate effective relationship management.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews utilizing behavioral and competency-based techniques, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications aligned with role requirements.
Maintain accurate records within ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and CRM systems like Salesforce or UltiPro to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting.
Oversee external recruiting efforts including cold calling potential candidates, campus recruitment initiatives, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms like Lever or iCIMS for lead generation.
Manage client communication throughout the hiring process to ensure transparency and a positive candidate experience while supporting onboarding activities such as employee orientation and contract management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices across multiple industries.
Proficiency with talent management systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Kronos, UltiPro, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms.
Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management as well as HR sourcing strategies specific to clinical staff recruitment and executive recruiting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority as well as internal stakeholders including C-suite executives.
Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating within HR teams focused on training & development and succession planning.
Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex or HRIS platforms such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft for data tracking and reporting purposes.
Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies effectively while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to candidate relationship management (CRM) systems utilization for ongoing engagement.
