Job Title: Recruiter II
Job Type: 2+ months contract contract with high possibility of extension.
Location: 25 Buick Street Boston, MA 02215 (Hybrid – Remote up to 2 days per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter II to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of professional positions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and compliance with organizational hiring policies.This role is well-suited for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and other onboarding requirements.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on requisition status.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and recruitment best practices.
Support process improvements and recruitment initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
1–3 years of professional recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-volume recruiting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience working with SAP or similar HRIS platforms.
Project management or recruitment process improvement experience.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
