Position Summary
As a Finish Carpenter at Alliance Builders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finished spaces across new construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities include the installation of kitchen cabinetry, interior doors, trim work, shelving, stairs, railings, hardwood flooring, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. You will also assist in completing miscellaneous carpentry and punch-list items, helping ensure every project meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Cabinet & Millwork Installation: Install kitchen cabinetry, vanities, shelving, and other finish carpentry components with precision and attention to detail.
- Flooring Installation: Install hardwood flooring and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Finish Carpentry: Install interior doors, baseboard, crown molding, casing, stair components, railings, and other architectural finishes.
- Custom Carpentry: Build and install custom shelving, built-ins, trim details, and other specialty carpentry features as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure all finishes meet Alliance Builders' standards for quality, appearance, and functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and fellow team members to ensure projects remain on schedule and are completed efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address field conditions, punch-list items, and scope gaps to help deliver a seamless final product to the customer.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter in residential construction, remodeling, or custom home building
- Experience installing cabinetry, trim, hardwood flooring, and/or LVP flooring preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- It is preferred that you have your own tools
